Hi CrunchDAO team,

Competition: Structural Break: Real-Time Edition
User: hostile-crewcontent
Model: astra-v2
Submission: #1
Run: #118062
Created: September 20, 2026 at 16:24 local time.

Run #118062 has remained in “Running” for more than 4 hours. No logs or traces have appeared; the monitoring panel only says “Starting your code may take up to 1 minute.” Remaining cloud quota is still 15h00s, so the submitted code does not appear to have started.

I requested Terminate and confirmed the termination, but the run still remains “Running”. While it is active, attempting to create another run for Submission #1 redirects back to the model page.

This appears to match the documented known issue “Terminated Run never finishes”. Could an administrator reset/terminate/requeue run #118062 so Submission #1 can be run in the cloud?

Thanks.

Hello Crewcontent,

I am not sure what the problem is? The run isn’t currently running.

You created the run at 18:24:13, it started at 18:26:02 (~2 minutes) and ended at 18:41:50.
