As we finalize our strategy for **Q3** , we want to ensure full transparency and alignment across the community regarding our key objectives and deliverables.
### 🎯 Proposed Q3 Goals:
1. **Project Alpha Completion:** Finalize and deploy the new infrastructure migration (Target Date: August 15).
2. **Model Performance Optimization:** Achieve a consistent **10% increase** in prediction accuracy on Dataset X.
3. **Documentation Overhaul:** Complete the creation of 5 new tutorials and update 80% of existing technical documentation.
