Hi , Can we use TSFM (Time-series foundation models) for Structural Break detection? there are multiple open-source versions out there such as Salesforce MoiRai ! please answer as soon as possible

Yes you can, I don’t see why they would not be allowed.

But you must include them in your submission. Internet is not accessible in the cloud environment.
