Improvements
- Improved speed of various endpoints where a resource is attached to a user.
Fixes
- Showing an empty list if the submitted or participated flag is specified when listing competitions (instead of an error).
- List all payouts if the recipient flag is missing.
- Prevent restricted accounts from logging in (used to be possible, but stopped working immediately).
