Couldn't understand Resource limit rule

I couldn’t understand the rule about resource limit as the date column is Anonymized: “Your code needs to cover 1-time cross-section in under 5 hours.”

For example in Out-of-Sample phase, If I set frequency=2, How many times in total the system will run the training and inference?

What should be minimum time per run to satisfy the requirements?

Since there will be multiple date in the Out-of-Sample phase, each Run will have his own 5 hours to cover only 1 (date).

We will run as much run as needed to cover every date, training your model if necessary, and updating the leaderboard.
