Structural Break Real-Time: no runner is available for this competition

I started out of the blue to get no runner is available for this competition every time I run crunch test on my local machine. My code has been working for over a week now with no problems. Also I cannot anymore get the data using crunch.load_notebook().load_data(). That now returns a 3 tuple of Nones instead of the train and test data 4 tuples.
