A teammate is unable to complete their account registration. On the “Complete your profile” screen, clicking “Complete registration” results in a red error box: “Error: Failed to get authentication token. Please try again.”
This error is consistent across different browsers and operating systems (Windows, Android, and desktop Linux), indicating it’s likely a server or account-related issue, not a local client problem.
Hi, thanks for reporting this and sorry for the inconvenience. I tried to reproduce the error but wasn’t able to. Could you please try again on another network? Also, did your teammate try creating the account through Google? If so, could you ask them to try signing up with email instead?

Thank you enzo& hugo, He tried registering with an email address and encountered the same error. He also attempted from his home network, ruling out our corporate firewall as a cause. The issue is consistent across networks, platforms, and browsers.
