Hello Crunchers,
We’re back with your weekly dose of fresh updates
Preparing the Ecosystem for success
You can now follow and interact with us on three different X accounts, each serving a unique purpose. Crunch Lab HQ helps companies extract more value from their data, hosting global ML competitions that we now call “Crunches”. Crunch DAO is the heart of our community—data scientists, quants, ML engineers…—where members monetize their expertise by competing in Crunches. Crunch Foundation is our non-profit, focused on maintaining the Crunch Protocol and governance, protecting everyone’s interests.
Even if this might seem complex, these steps are critical for preparing our ecosystem for success, allowing us to move faster and gain more for the community. We’ll take time to explain this structure and cover the reasons for all these updates during AMAs throughout the summer, feel free to ask any questions here on the forum or on our Discord server. More content, material, and announcements are coming. Thank you for your patience, as you’ll soon understand why we had to stay a bit under the radar.
Score Crunch Release - Epoch 509
Reminder #1: If you haven’t uploaded your code yet on the DataCrunch Code Competition, check out the documentation here: DataCrunch Competition | CrunchDAO Docs V3 - and the score release update here: Crunch Score Release - DataCrunch - Epoch 509
Reminder #2: Feel free to use our feature to generate your model names! This is highly recommended as we have a cool feature on the way that will leverage the model naming!
Got merch?
We’ve been dropping hints about this upcoming ‘Crunch’ on our socials. If someone finds the exact topic of the next ‘Crunch’ (competition), we’ll send them our new merch in ‘avant-premiere’. Hint: most of the hints are on: x.com
One thing for sure is that our next challenge is about to set our rigs and your brains on fire. Get ready for a “Cruel Summer” that’ll make GPUs and CPUs sweat like never before! The clock is ticking…
