The final submission leaderboard for the Broad Autoimmune Challenge #2 is now live.
Crunchers spent months decoding unseen gene expression in colon tissue; a problem with real-world impact on how we diagnose diseases like IBD.
From spatial transcriptomics to scRNA-seq, you pulled insights from chaos. The science was complex. But you showed up.
