I just started with the competition. I was able to download the data using the crunch setup commands (via notebook) from the submit page earlier but now i am not able to get the data.
Below is the output from crunch setup command :
code,message,fieldErrors,globalErrors,parameterErrors
NEVER_SUBMITTED,“no submission found”,
Aborted!

It just creates a folder with my username ameher with no data files in it.
I also referred to the below post but it didnt help :
